"So my wife she works in ASDA supermarket & was very scared & had a bit of anxiety go to work  due to current situation. Since lockdown started around 22nd March here in London. She works on self checkouts & has to face customer with less than two meters distance. We have a kid whose nursery got close as well ard that time & my wife had to do childcare as well. She did speak to her employer over the phone & today has gone to discuss on face to face meeting. She is not going to work since then. She phoned up GP on anxiety issue but GP advised that talk to your employer as for current Covid situation many people are going through it. She is currently in the meeting with her employer as I write. She is happy to back to work from 27th May as by then childcare issue will be sorted as well. So wanted to check what legal help I can get in this situation if say ask her to resign immediately due to her been absent from work since 22nd March. She is happy to back from 27th May once childcare is sorted. Just to mention ASDA didn’t provide any PPE kit to the employees when  this all started in March. Just recently I see some staff been allowed to wear mask."
